MMP-3000S is a fully automatic double disc grinding and polishing machine. It is a new generation of grinding and polishing equipment with high precision and automation of sample making process according to international standard and international advanced technology. It is applicable for automatic specimen making for the rough and finish grinding, rough and finish polishing.

Features

1. The rotation direction of grinding disk can be chosen arbitrarily, and the grinding disk can be replaced quickly.
2. Multi-sample gripper and pneumatic single-point loading.
3. The advanced microprocessor control system is adopted in this machine, which makes the rotating speed of grinding and polishing discs and head adjustable and stepless, the sample making pressure and time setting intuitive and convenient.
4. The grinding and polishing process can be completed by simply replacing the grinding plate or sandpaper and fabric. Thus, the application of this machine is more extensive.
5. It has the characteristics of smooth rotation, safety and reliability, and low noise.
6. The rigidity of grinding and polishing is increased by using cast aluminum base.
7. It is equipped with a water cooling system, which can cool the specimen when grinding, thus it prevents the destruction of the metallographic structure due to overheating of the specimen and to wash away the abrasive particles at any time.
8. It is equipped with FRP shell and stainless steel standard parts, the appearance is very beautiful. It improves anti-corrosion and rust-proof property, easy to clean.
