Overview
Q-100B cutting machine can cut round work-piece with diameter within 100mm and rectangular sample with height of 100 mm and deep 200mm.The machine is equipped with a self cooking system for the specimen cooling so as to prevent the damage of the specimen due to overheat during cutting. This machine can also set the cutting speed for cutting different samples, thus improving the quality of cutting samples. It can be used to cut samples manually and automatically. Large volume cutting room is more convenient for cutting. It is one of the necessary equipment for metallographic test in colleges, universities and factories.

Product features :

l The main motor is driven by the inverter and has a speed adjustment range from 500 RPM to 3000 PRM , and the rotation speed is stable without changing the load, which satisfies the cutting requirements of various materials. Adopt advanced MCU - PLC automatic control to achieve fully automatic cutting ;

l The original vibration (infeed-retract-feed) cutting mode allows the sample to be cooled sufficiently to ensure that the cut sample is no longer burnt;

l Built in 9 cutting modes. According to the softness and hardness of the sample material, these parameters can be modified and saved for the nine corresponding cutting parameters;

l In the automatic working state, the automatic feed, retraction, feed and retract speed can be set;

l Fully manual operation, independent of automatic mode;

l When a circulating water tank with a magnetic system is used, when the circulating water passes through the magnetic system, the metal cutting debris generated during cutting is sucked out by the magnetic system and eliminated, thereby improving the effect of cutting the sample and the utilization of circulating water, and avoiding clogging of the laboratory.
